Type SD

Our Type SD sandwich hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are recommended for use where a high pressure is essential, the liquid to be dosed has small suspended solids or where a piston lackage is not acceptable.

The gearbox is a regular wormwheel reduction system coupled with a vertical mounted B-14 shaped motor, in accordance with the regulatory standards set by UNEL-MEC.

A safety valve is included on the pump to protect the diaphragm from pressure damage, and it also comes fitted with our special sandwich diaphragm with rupture detection system for industry.

The stroke length can either be manually adjusted, adjusted via a special SERVO control (4-20mA) or adjusted pneumatically. In any case it will be adjusted by an eccentric.

Multiple head (duplex/triplex/fourplex and more) and ATEX-certified units are available upon request.
